A.D.D Express

Apprentice of the Month Award

Congratulations to A.D.D. Express Ltd’s apprentice Ethan Dunne, who has been named as November’s Apprentice of the Month by the National Business college.

He has been awarded the accolade by the college in recognition of his continued commitment to learning and his development within his role at A.D.D. Express.

Ethan began his Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 apprenticeship with the National Business College and A.D.D. Express in July 2019 and has come on leaps and bounds since then.

A.D.D. Express’ Commercial Manager, Helen Holland describes Ethan’s progress within the company so far. She comments; “Ethan started off as a very shy and quiet individual. Like every newcomer he had very little knowledge of the business and what it involved."

“From his first day he has always been so eager to learn and understand the workings of every department within the business and has worked literally from the ground up!”

She continues; “He is an extremely hard-working individual who strives and aspires to do better every day. Some tasks are extremely challenging for Ethan, but he never gives up and steps up yet another gear to work harder than ever to achieve his goal."

“His confidence has increased exponentially within the last few months and Ethan now has a really refreshing, ‘can do’ spirit which makes him an absolute joy to work with.”

A.D.D. Express Ltd is a shareholder member of the Pall-Ex network, an organisation that is a great advocate of young people entering the logistics industry.

Speaking about Ethan’s journey so far and his achievement in November, Pall-Ex Group CEO, Kevin Buchanan comments; “It is brilliant to see Ethan’s hard work and development being recognised in this way and he is a credit to the team at A.D.D. Express."

“Pall-Ex is dedicated to ensuring young people have opportunities within the logistics sector and that we can help invigorate our industry with the vast array of skills that young people have to offer.” Ethan is continuing with his studies, whilst working with A.D.D. Express and we are proud to support him as he further develops his skills and progresses in his career."
